How Does It Work?

Breathwork is a powerful tool that can help reduce symptoms anxiety, stress, and depression. When we are anxious, stressed, or depressed, our breathing becomes shallow, and we tend to hold our breath. This can lead to a feeling of being disconnected from our bodies and the world around us.


Breathwork helps us to connect with our bodies and the world around us by deepening our breathing and opening up our airways. This deep breathing helps to oxygenate our blood and bring more oxygen to our brain. This increased oxygenation helps to reduce anxiety, stress, and depression by calming the nervous system and promoting relaxation.
